Bale Wrapper

A Bale Wrapper is designed to wrap bale in plastic in either a square or round shape. This tool is an efficient way to save hay without it getting ruined. There are numerous types of bale wrapping including: integrated, single round, sausage bale wrapper and many more. As the tractor moves through the fields it is collecting hay that is forming into the desired shape, when it approaches the required size, the bale is on a table and wrapping begins. For a single round belt, the bale wrapper is designed with four belts which move to ensure that the wrapping is done equally, properly and tightly so there are no spoiled spots. A bale wrapper is controlled by the controller of the computer that is stored in the cab of the tractor. This computer ensures that the bale is being wrapped correctly.
