A Winch is attached to the bottom front of the vehicle, its main purpose is to extort force that pulls one object or vehicle towards another using a cable. They are known to be used for pulling out ATVs or cars that are stuck or in muddy areas of terrain. There are two types of winches you would find on an ATV: hydraulic or electric. Before purchasing a winch, you want to ensure that you know the amount of weight that winch can hold based on what you believe the winch is going to bring the most use for you.
